Notice for supporters who have applied for tickets
To speed up the process of informing successful applicants and taking payment, successful applicants for terrace tickets will today receive an e-mail including their individual ballot number and details of how to purchase their ticket for Sutton.
As no duplicates will be available for lost tickets, we are going to assume that everyone is happy to collect their ticket from AFC Wimbledon. If you want your ticket posted by recorded delivery please buy it and then let us know you wish it to be posted by e-mail to Please make sure you quote your ballot number when completing your firstname.lastname@example.org ,quoting your order number, and we will call you back to collect the additional payment of £1.61.
Office opening hours are:
Thursday 22 December 9.30 am to 5.00 pm
Friday 23 December 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
Wednesday 28 December 9.30 am to 4.00 pm
Thursday 29 December 9.30 am to 4.00 pm
Normal office hours from Tuesday 3 January.
You should bring your ballot number with you. Alternatively, tickets can be collected on the day of the Millwall game.
For those who were successful in obtaining a seat ticket or you requested a seat ticket but have been allocated a terrace ticket you will receive a phone call to deal with the payment and collection.
If you do not receive an e-mail from the club please do not purchase a ticket for this match as refunds will not be processed until after the game.
