Play your part in world record attempt

Supporters are being invited to guide AFC Wimbledon to glory as part of a Football Manager world record attempt.

Our sponsors at Sports Interactive have teamed up with the National Football Museum and Guinness World Records to give you the chance to take part in an official world record bid.

The challenge is for 100 different managers to play a single game of FM over 100 days – talk about the ‘revolving door’ of managers!

Taking the helm at AFC Wimbledon, each manager will have one day to bring in their tactics, sign players and push on as far as they can throughout the season.

Each of these players will not only be proving their worth as a manager, but will also be part of an official Guinness World Record: ‘Most Contributions To A Save File on a Video Game’.

As well as being part of an official world record attempt, each player will be given their own official cover of Football Manager 2016, with their face on the front. It doesn’t end there! At the end of the 100 days, one manager will be picked at random to appear as a ‘newgen’ in Football Manager 2017.
