Final leg starts from the Cherry Red Records Stadium
Sign-up now to join Sky Sports presenter Jeff Stelling on the final leg of his epic charity walk from AFC Wimbledon.
Hartlepool fan Jeff will be attending a breakfast at the Cherry Red Records Stadium before completing the 26.1 mile final stage for Prostate Cancer UK and you can join him.
Breakfast starts at 7.00 am with the walk starting an hour later and we hope a decent crowd will be at the ground to wave the group off.
There is a team of 50 walkers, including seven representing AFC Wimbledon, on that final leg from our stadium, but there’s still for more to sign-up.

Jeff will round off a 250-mile tour of 31 football clubs by walking from the Cherry Red Records Stadium on 30 March and he will stop off at Brentford, Fulham, Chelsea and QPR, before finishing off at Wembley.
Teaming up with leading men’s health organisation Prostate Cancer UK, long-standing Soccer Saturday host Stelling will complete 10 walking marathons in 10 days, from his favourite club Hartlepool United to Wembley, between March 21 and 30.
The 60-year-old will check in on 31 football clubs and he will be joined every step of the way by close friend, and Hartlepool United Chief Executive, Russ Green.
He will be joined along the way by famous friends and colleagues and people affected by prostate cancer.
Jeff launched the “Men United March” live on Soccer Saturday at the end of a piece on the fortunes of his beloved Hartlepool, the first time he has ever filed a report for the show.
