Manager updates us via Dons Player
Neal Ardley today brought us up to date with his search for new talent during the transfer window and revealed that he is closing in on one target.
Speaking during an interview for Dons Player, Neal said: “The actual situation is that we are still looking to see if there is anyone who can improve us. There is probably one that I have been working on that is inching closer, but there always seems to be something thrown in later down the line.
“We are just looking at someone who can freshen us up. At the moment the squad is doing well enough that we cannot find the players to improve us. I’ve said before that if we ended up with no one I would not be devastated because all the boys seem to be in form at the moment.”
