Defender earns selection after great performance

Paul Robinson has been rewarded for his commanding display at Cambridge United with a selection for the Sky Bet Football League team of the week.

Robinson headed home to open the scoring at Cambridge and helped nullify danger-man Barry Corr as Wimbledon earned an emphatic 4-1 win.

It’s the second time that the 33-year-old defender has been selected this season after his fine performance against Barnet impressed judges.
