Dons face Palace at 7 pm

27 July 2016

Pay at the turnstiles for tonight's game

Excitement is growing ahead of AFC Wimbledon’s first campaign in English Football League One and tonight Neal Ardley’s men step-up preparations with a game against Premier League Crystal Palace.

We wish to remind supporters that this is a 7.00 pm kick-off at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is expected to bring a talented squad here to provide a big challenge, but it’s one that Neal Ardley (pictured playing for Wimbledon against Palace) is relishing.

“It’s a South London derby against our old rivals,” said Neal. “For me as a manager along with our staff, it will be great to pit our wits against Alan Pardew, Keith Millen and the others. It will be a really good test and we are looking forward to it. Alan is probably one of the best British managers around. We want to get that mentality of never giving up, no matter how the game is going.”

Supporters of both clubs can gain entry tonight via the turnstiles. The bars will be open from 5.00 pm and we will be pleased to welcome Palace fans in for a drink.

Prices for tonight’s match against Palace (7.00 pm kick-off) are as follows:

Seats – Adults £20, Concessions £15, Under-18s £8.

Terraces – Adults £15, Concessions £10, Under-18s £4.

All seats will be unreserved. The RyGas terrace will not be open unless there is a demand for it having sold out in other areas.

Visiting fans will be accommodated in the John Green Stand.
