Alternative event to be held after cancellation
AFC Wimbledon had planned to stage an open training day for supporters next Tuesday at the stadium, but due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel this event.
We apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
However, our AFC Wimbledon Foundation are holding an alternative event on Thursday, which supporters are welcome to attend.
As part of the Foundation’s holiday course for children at Southfields Academy, we will be bringing along the Sky Bet League 2 Play-Off trophy with first-team players Barry Fuller, George Francomb, Jake Reeves and Andy Barcham all attending.
Wimbledon fans are invited to attend from 2.30 pm to get photographs with players and the trophy famously won by Neal Ardley’s men at Wembley in May.
The Foundation will be bringing along a selfie board to capture those great photographs and its popular inflatable shoot-out.
