AFC Wimbledon will be aiming to build on Saturday’s excellent victory against Reading by providing Premier League Crystal Palace with a tough test on Wednesday.

Alan Pardew’s men have arrived back from a three-match tour of the USA and Canada, where England internationals Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha impressed on the flanks for Palace.

Palace are likely to put out a strong side to face the Dons with less than three weeks until the Premier League gets underway.

Of course, AFC Wimbledon’s English Football League One campaign starts a week earlier on 6 August at Walsall and Lyle Taylor (pictured in action against Reading on Saturday) will be aiming to maintain the scoring habit in preparation for the new season after two goals in three pre-season matches so far.

New signings Dean Parrett and Dominic Poleon were both quick off the mark in the win against Reading and Neal Ardley will be looking for further signs that his side is shaping up well ahead of the big kick-off.

Prices for the match against Palace are as follows:

Seats – Adults £20, Concessions £15, Under-18s £8.

Terraces – Adults £15, Concessions £10, Under-18s £4.

All seats will be unreserved. The RyGas terrace will not be open unless there is a demand for it having sold out in other areas.

Visiting fans will be accommodated in the John Green Stand.
