Interviews with Poleon and the manager on Dons Player
AFC Wimbledon’s pre-season stepped up a gear with an impressive victory against Reading yesterday and striker Dominic Poleon talked to Dons Player afterwards about getting off the mark for his new club.
Having played in the Championship with Leeds United and League One with Oldham, Dominic is used to plying his trade at a higher level and he is looking forward to playing a part for AFC Wimbledon in the club’s new challenge after promotion.
“At any club you go to you want to make your mark, settle in well, and have a good season,” said Dominic. “I think with what we have here, including the coaching staff and the way that we play, everything is set-up for us to do well in League One. I have played there already and I think we can do well at this level.”
