A guide to the new CRM system

Our new CRM system was launched recently with the intention of providing an improved service to fans. 

It includes details of all DT members, PLC shareholders, supporters who have bought tickets, merchandise or season tickets from us throughout the years and anyone who put their names on the Fans Register.  As a result it will provide better information for us to communicate with you.  It is also now the only way of ordering AFC Wimbledon tickets and merchandise online.

A total of 11,000 supporters were invited to register on the CRM system by logging on and entering a password.  Many fans have already registered but if you haven’t yet done so we urge you to do it now as there will come a time when the purchase of tickets for a game is limited. Those supporters who have registered on and used the CRM will have a higher priority for these games than those who haven’t.
