Following our request for supporters to report problems with iFollow to the club, we received a substantial number of e-mails from subscribers.
We thank supporters for this feedback, which has proven to be very useful in assessing the nature of the problems.
We are now in the process of accumulating all the responses so that we can seek explanations from the EFL about the issues supporters have faced.
The club will provide another update in the near future about this.
