We would like fans to report problems to the Club so that if there is common thread we can feed the message back to the EFL.
Also, if there are several occurrences of the same problem it would add emphasis if the Club was doing the reporting.
If you have had problems then of course you should report them to the EFL, but please also tell us by writing to chris.slavin@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk .
We are in the process of developing a short Q&A about using iFollow and all of this feedback is very useful.
To be clear, we cannot help you to solve problems on the day – only the iFollow support team can do that. But we can reinforce your concerns if you tell us about them.
