Tickets are now available to buy online for our Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Tottenham Hotspur, to be played at Wembley stadium on Sunday 7 January (kick off 3.00 pm).
We will make a further announcement when we receive the tickets, which will mean that supporters can buy them in person from the office.
Prices are £10 for adults and £5 for fans aged 65 and over and for under 18s. We have been allocated 7,700 seats and Spurs are unable to increase this number however quickly we may sell out.
We expect demand to be very high and so Season ticket holders, Dons Trust members and PLC shareholders may buy two tickets each. They will have priority until 10.00 am on Monday 18 December. After a brief break (explained below), any unsold tickets will go on general sale from 10.00 am on Tuesday 19 December.
Purchases may be made online or by visiting the club’s offices between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, once we have received the tickets. Fans visiting the office must bring season ticket voucher A or proof of DT membership or shareholding in AFCW PLC for each purchase of two tickets.
Selling tickets for a stadium that is not ours while also catering for fans’ wishes isn’t simple, but we have made the following arrangements to try to meet demand.
For groups who wish to sit together, you can:
• Individually apply for two tickets each and then email facuptickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your purchase reference numbers (to be found on the acknowledgement email)
• Send a postal application using the application form and enclosing voucher A for the relevant people, or details of their ST numbers, or DT membership numbers, or PLC shareholder number
• Using the application form leave an application at the club before the Wigan game, setting out the above details and enclosing payment.
• Family tickets are available for £20 for two adults and two children. The relevant tickets should be bought in the same way as for groups. On notification of a wish for a family ticket, we will offer a refund of the difference between the standard price and the £20 cost. Some fans have indicated that they intend to donate the refund to the club – please make it clear if this is your intention.
Season ticket holders, Dons Trust members and PLC shareholders purchasing tickets online will need to login to their account before the FA Cup ticket tab will show, please do not create a new account! If you don’t know your details try the “forgotten password” link with the email address we have for you, if you still can’t get in please call the office on 0208 547 3528 and we’ll help you with your details.
We will need most of Monday 18 December to process group applications and this is why any unsold tickets will not go on general sale until Tuesday 19 December at 10.00 am.
We are also setting aside a number of seats as a singing area. These will be shown as a separate type of ticket online. If you are applying by post or in person make sure to specify whether or not you wish to be in that area.Cheques should be made out to AFC Wimbledon.
For Dons Trust members to be eligible for a ticket, you must have become a member by 4 December 2017.
