Get fit at AFC Wimbledon

8 February 2017

Launch of fanActiv project

The AFC Wimbledon Foundation are offering supporters an opportunity to get fit here at the club by participating in the award-winning free fanActiv programme.

Starting on Monday 20 February, the 10-week programme is aimed at male fans over the age of 30 who want to lose weight and become more active. If you fit the bill, you could be chosen for our team and receive support in a programme of healthy eating and physical activity to make lasting lifestyle changes.

The fanActiv initiative won the Making it Easier award at the London Sport Awards for 2017, held this month.  This was for projects which have used technology to get people involved in sport and exercise.
