We are pleased to tell you about a new service being launched for AFC Wimbledon fans.
Today we are delighted to announce the launch of our new CRM system (what we will always refer to as our Community Relationship Management system).
Initially this will give you a more flexible and efficient way to purchase tickets and club merchandise from our new online shop – including our eye-catching new Puma range.
Over time, it will enable us to revolutionise how you plan your matchday experience with the Dons, to give you much improved access to our online club shop service, tailor our communications to match your interests, join the Dons Trust and many other things.
This afternoon we will be sending out to 11,500 email addresses from our database of Dons fans and you may be one of the supporters that receives an email regarding our new CRM.
In future, to buy a matchday ticket or merchandise you will need to use the CRM so you now need to register. So please check your email (and if there is nothing there, your spam folder) and respond to become a part of our exciting plans for our supporters.
