Left-back Callum Kennedy can't wait to pull on a Dons shirt again and get reacquainted with old friends, when AFC Wimbledon host Premier League Watford this Saturday.
Tickets for the Football Manager Cup game for both AFC Wimbledon and Watford fans are available in advance from our online ticket shop. We're also staging our second Ale and Cider Festival and tickets can also be booked in advance by going online.
Callum's last game for the Dons was the League Two play-off final victory over Plymouth at Wembley at the end of May last year (seen here pictured lifting the trophy). He'll be looking to help Wimbledon earn more silverware, in possibly his first game back, when the Hornets are in town this weekend.
Callum's latest return to the club was announced by manager Neal Ardley at our "Meet the Manager" event last Friday night.
"You always want to test yourself against the best you can," said Callum. "Going into Saturday against Watford will be a good test for us and to get some minutes under our belts and start putting some things in place that we can take into the season, so it will be exciting.
"It'll be good to see the supporters – if they're happy about seeing me back?! (laughs) It'll be good to see everyone, some familiar faces, it feels like home, so that's good."
