AFC Wimbledon has agreed terms with Bradford City for the transfer of striker Dominic Poleon.
Dominic departs after making 47 appearances for the Dons, scoring 13 goals in all competitions, during one season at the club.
Neal Ardley said: "We had an offer from Bradford for Dom and we came to the decision that it was a good move for him and for the club. We feel that we are strong enough in that department to let him leave and we wish Dom all the best for the future."
