AFC Wimbledon supporters were quick to send their congratulatory messages to our young goalkeeper Joe Bursik after he helped England into the European Under-17 Championship final.

On our official Twitter account yesterday, we posted the following update as soon as the final whistle blew to signal a 2-1 win for England against Turkey in Croatia: "A proud day for @JoeBursik and #AFCWimbledon as @England #younglions reach #U17EURO final! #AFCW."
