Keep fit with new Soccercise class

Fun way to get active this summer

The AFC Wimbledon Foundation is encouraging people to keep fit during the close season by running 'Soccercise' classes on Tuesday nights.

Continuing tonight at the club (7.30 pm – 8.30 pm), the classes are open to men and women and it's just £2.50 a session to get involved.

Typically lasting 45-60 minutes, Soccercise is an instructor-led aerobic class which combines a variety of fitness exercises with a football. The class is delivered to music and based on repetitions of specific exercises (i.e. press-ups, squats, sit-ups). The inclusion of footballs aims to add co-ordination and core stability to familiar exercises.
