Will Nightingale is set to continue his recuperation after a hamstring injury by playing for the Dons in Wednesday night's London Senior Cup tie against Balham FC (7.30 pm kick-off).
Will (pictured) will add experience to a young AFC Wimbledon squad in a second round match to be played at the Wibbandune Stadium.
Combined Counties League side Balham have enjoyed admirable success in recent times with five promotions in six seasons to reach the same league that AFC Wimbledon joined after its reformation.
