James Shea will be back at AFC Wimbledon as part of the Luton squad for tonight’s Checkatrade Trophy match and Neil Cox is sure he will receive a warm welcome.
During three seasons with the Dons, James made over 100 appearances in all competitions and was part of our promotion-winning squad in 2015/16, before leaving at the end of last season.
Speaking ahead of tonight’s match, Neil Cox said: “It was a really difficult decision for all of us. I am sure our fans will get behind him because James did a great job for us. I’m sure he will have a big cuddle with Bayzo!"
Ticket prices for tonight’s match are as follows:
Adults and Concessions (Over-65s) £10
Under-18s free
The Paul Strank Stand and the Chemflow End will be open to Wimbledon supporters for this match. Please note that catering for fans will only be inside the ground tomorrow night (between the Paul Strank and Chemflow End for home supporters).
