Neil Cox today reported that Callum Kennedy had made progress after being released from hospital, but tomorrow’s match against Gillingham will come too soon for him.
A clash of heads meant that Callum was stretchered off during Saturday’s game against Portsmouth and he required treatment for concussion afterwards.
Neil said: “Callum stayed in hospital for two to three hours on Saturday night, to make sure he was all right, but he is home now. He is still getting headaches, so he could be struggling for a while.”
All at AFC Wimbledon wish Callum a speedy recovery.
Look out shortly for a full interview with Neil Cox, ahead of tomorrow’s game against Gillingham.
