The PLC AGM, which was adjourned on 7 April, will now be held at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on the same evening as the Dons Trust SGM, i.e. Thursday 26 April.
PLC shareholders are welcome to attend the entire meeting, but may only vote on PLC matters unless they are also DT members.

Members who are unable to attend may submit a proxy vote to arrive 48 hours before the meeting. Members who have previously submitted a proxy vote and now wish to attend the meeting and vote in person may e-mail to withdraw their proxy or can attend on the night and vote – if you choose to do this please draw attention to the existing proxy when you register on arrival at the meeting.
