How to get your ticket and more for away game at the DW Stadium

AFC Wimbledon tomorrow travel to Wigan Athletic for the first time since the club was reformed and Dons supporters can pay on the day for this match.

Below is a summary of ticket information, plus other useful details ahead of the game:

Tickets

Due to a special promotion by the host club, ticket prices have been reduced for this match.

Prices are as follows:

Adults - £10

Concessions (Over 65s, U18s) - £5

Under-5s - £2

How to get your ticket

Pay at the turnstiles at the North Stand (cash only). For those supporters who have booked in advance, you can collect from window eight at the main ticket office.

Bars

Wimbledon supporters are welcome to drink in the South Stand bar, which is used by home supporters.

Parking

Car park one will be closed on Saturday, but supporters can use car park three and four at the stadium. Parking costs are £5 for a car or motorbike, £10 for a mini bus, and £20 for a coach.

Around the stadium

The DW Stadium is positioned adjacent to Robin Retail Park, which is home to plenty of shops, plus food outlets including Burger King, KFC, and Subway. The nearest cash machine is a five-minute walk away from the DW Stadium, located outside the Boots store on Robin Retail Park.

How to get there

By Road (post code WN5 0UZ)

From the north – Exit M6 at Junction 27 and turn left at end of slip road. Turn right at T-junction, sign-posted Shevington. After one mile turn into Old Lane (sign posted B5375 Standish Lower-Ground). The road winds through countryside for approximately two miles. At the traffic lights turn into Scot Lane. Take the first left into Stadium Way for the entrance to the stadium car parks or second left into Anjou Boulevard to the main entrance for visiting directors, match officials and arena parking.

From the south – Exit M6 at Junction 25. At end of slip road (approximately one mile) turn left at the roundabout, sign-posted Wigan A49. Continue past Sainsbury's and go straight ahead at the traffic lights. Follow signs for Wigan A49 for 1.2 miles to Saddle Roundabout. At the Saddle Roundabout, take first exit sign posted Standish A49 into Robin Park Road, driving past the Asda superstore. Follow signs for the DW Stadium. For main entrance, visiting directors, match officials, and arena parking, take the second right into Anjou Boulevard. For stadium car parks, take the third right into Stadium Way.

Train

Wigan is served by North Western station on the East Coast mainline with frequent services to Preston, Birmingham, and London, on Virgin Trains. Local services to Liverpool, Bolton, and Manchester, operate to and from Wigan Wallgate, which is directly across the road. Wigan North Western station is 1.1 miles from the DW Stadium (around a 20-minute walk).
