Season ticket holders can buy one ticket per person for the West Ham game. You will have until 5.00pm on Wednesday 22 August to buy your usual seat or place on the terrace.
Paul Strank & John Green Season Ticket Holders
- Visit the online Club Shop
- Click on the top right-hand “Login” tab
- Login with your email and password associated with your account
- Once logged in click on the top right-hand corner and select “Account”
- Under your “Account Details” you should see the option to buy your normal seat for this West Ham game
- Click the select box next to this ticket and click “Buy Now”
- Proceed through to checkout and payment
Chemflow End & RyGas Season Ticket Holders
- Visit the online Club Shop
- Click on the top right-hand “Login” tab
- Login with your email and password associated with your account
- Select “Match Tickets”
- You will be able to see a “Carabao Cup” tab. Click on this tab
- Select “Chemflow Carabao Cup 18/19” or “RyGas Carabao Cup 18/19” (please ignore Paul Strank and John Green options these will not work)
- Select only 1 ticket (you will not be able to complete your purchase if you select 2 or more tickets)
- Click “Buy best available”
- Proceed through to checkout and payment
All tickets ordered by season ticket holders will be posted out by Wednesday evening; they will not be available for collection at the Walsall game.
