Wally Downes today spoke of his determination to keep AFC Wimbledon in League One.
It's been a hectic introduction to life at AFC Wimbledon so far with Wally taking training yesterday and helping out with team matters at Stamford Bridge last night.
On his first day at the club today, Wally was shown around the ground and met club staff, before carrying out media duties.
In his message to the supporters, Wally said: "I know it's difficult times at the moment, being down at the bottom where we are, but I'm certainly going to give it my maximum to get us out of the position that we are in. I just think we need to rally around together for the next home game and get behind the players. I am certainly going to get them on the front foot and looking for the victory."
Wally's full message is available to watch by clicking on the link below and an in-depth interview with our new manager will be on the official website and iFollow tomorrow.
