We announced the launch of our CRM (Community Relationship Management) system in July 2017.
Currently, the system provides online ticketing, season tickets, a new club online shop and tills.Over time, the system will revolutionise and simplify how you interact with us and enable you to tailor our communications to match your interests.
We are ready to begin the next tranche of work towards this goal with the introduction of enhancements to the ticketing system and inclusion of the Dons Trust and direct debit administration. The system is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, enhanced by Green4 Solutions. We are looking for supporters to fulfil two roles we have identified to help make this piece of work a success:
• IT Project Manager – to manage sub-projects to time and budget, working with internal and external staff, reporting to the program manager
• IT Analyst – to design solutions as they are needed and carry out general maintenance
These roles are on a voluntary basis and some daytime working is preferred, but there is flexibility to work evenings. The IT Analyst role is expected to be skilled in Microsoft Excel.
