A five-strong Dons team this morning started the 145-mile cycle ride to Amsterdam and all at AFC Wimbledon wish them good luck in their charity challenge.
Ian Robinson, Laura Hart, Ian Hicks, and David Welch will be cycling from London via Harwich to the Dutch city with Dennis Gleeson bidding to complete the equivalent distance from Barnsley, via Hull, to Amsterdam.
Our team of Wombles will be joining almost 400 football fans from across the UK for the big challenge from 1-3 June with funds raised going towards Prostate Cancer UK's research into a disease that kills one man every 45 minutes.
The event concludes at Ajax's Amsterdam ArenA.
