A specially convened meeting of AFCW PLC, known as an Extraordinary General Meeting, will be held at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on Thursday 8 November.
The purpose of the meeting is to ask PLC shareholders to authorise the directors to increase the share capital of the company and subsequently issue shares as part of the proposed crowdfunding initiative, which is designed to raise funds to help to build and enhance the new stadium in Plough Lane. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will be held in the interval of a Dons Trust SGM and will start at 8.30 pm or the conclusion of the first part of the DT meeting, whichever is the later. Shareholders who are unable to attend are urged to vote in favour of the three resolutions by using the proxy form that may be found via the link set out above.
