We are delighted to announce that we will now be serving refreshing and locally distilled Bloody Bens Gin in our stadium bars.
As Spring kicks in, we have a brand-new matchday drink on offer. Bloody Bens Gin will be available from the Accrington Stanley game (Saturday 6 April) onward.
There will also be an official launch before the Bristol Rovers game on Friday 19 April. The Bloody Bens Gin team will be giving out free samples to kick-start the bank holiday weekend.
Ivor Heller (Commercial Director, AFC Wimbledon) commented, “I am very pleased that we will be stocking Bloody Bens Gin at AFC Wimbledon. It’s a fantastic tipple and most importantly a thriving local business en route from Earlsfield station to our new stadium on Plough Lane!”
Bloody Bens Gin is made on a small Copper Still in the bar area of the restaurant Ben’s Canteen in Earlsfield situated just down the road from our new stadium.
Ben Walton (Founder of Ben’s Canteen) said, “We cannot wait to get the ball rolling with AFC Wimbledon and look forward to seeing the fans enjoy a nice glass of Bens Bloody Gin before cheering The Dons on!”
