Match Details: Ticket update for final pre-Christmas home game

Buy in advance or on the day for home match versus Doncaster

13 December 2019

AFC Wimbledon will be seeking the perfect early Christmas present of three important points on Saturday – and there’s still time to snap-up a ticket to watch The Dons.

We’ve had good ticket sales in the build-up to our match versus Doncaster, but we still have terrace tickets available, which can be purchased in advance, or on the day.

Below is a summary of ticket availability, plus other match arrangements.

Tickets

Seat tickets and places for the Chemflow terrace are sold out for this match. However, we do still have availability for the RyGas terrace (just £17 for adults). Buy from our online ticket shop until 11.00 am on Saturday, or pay on the day. You can collect tickets pre-match from the white booth in Jack Goodchild Way.

Programme

Saturday’s edition is packed with news and features about our club, including interviews with players from the past and present. We catch-up with our former keeper Neil Sullivan, who played for both Wimbledon and Doncaster Rovers in his illustrious playing career. There’s also an extensive interview with Adam Roscrow, who talks about his past jobs as a bar man and a PE teacher, and how he’s determined to make the most of his big opportunity with Wimbledon.

Bars

These will be open from 12 noon, offering a chance to join us for an early drink and watch the lunch-time match between Liverpool and Watford (12.30 pm kick-off) on TV screens. There will be a wide selection of drinks available, including different lagers, real ales and soft drinks.

The following real ales will be available:

Main bar

Plough Lane Ale, Copper Leaf Ale, Wimbledon XK

Back bar

Plough Lane

Wimbledon XK

Gallows Gold

The pop-up bars will be open inside with Wimbledon Lager and Wimbledon Pale Ale served. We will be pleased to welcome Doncaster supporters into the bar areas before the game.

Sweet stall

As mentioned in our previous article, young Dons supporters George Bond and Joe Tynan are opening up a sweet stall for tomorrow’s game. It will be open from 1.00 pm until close to kick-off, based close to the back bar/entrance to the Chemflow terrace. We expect demand to be high, so don’t leave it too late to get your match day treat! Funds will be donated towards the club.

Toy Collection

We will tomorrow be supporting the St George’s Hospital Children’s Ward and Shooting Stars Hospice Toy Collection and Xmas Appeal.  There will be a Foundation stall by the Dons Trust Kiosk from 1.00 pm-3.00 pm with a collection point for toys, along with cash donations. Please donate what you can for an appeal that will provide Christmas gifts for those less fortunate at this time of year. All toys must be new and in original packaging / boxes for 0 – 14 year olds. The toys will be donated to children at St George’s in Tooting on Monday by our players and staff.

Dons Trust Stall

Supporters interested in the work of the Dons Trust can find out more by popping into the kiosk on Jack Goodchild Way before tomorrow’s game.
