At the end of Saturday’s game against Charlton Athletic there were three incidents which we are investigating.
One incident involved racial abuse directed towards an opposing player via social media. The other two incidents occurred near the players’ tunnel and one of those also involved racial abuse directed towards our opponents.
We are determined to establish what happened and to take action against anyone shown to have taken part in any of these incidents. We are currently liaising with the police and with fans who witnessed the events near the tunnel.
