AFC Wimbledon will on Saturday go in search of a third successive League One victory – and your support can help Wally’s boys to earn three more precious points.
The Dons host promotion candidates Charlton Athletic with our former striker Lyle Taylor returning to the Cherry Red Records Stadium for the first time since his departure last summer. After closing the gap on the teams above us with that dramatic win at Rochdale in midweek, another maximum points return would really establish momentum in the battle to stay up. Joe Pigott (pictured) will be aiming to continue his hot streak after a superb hat-trick when he lines up against his old club.
Below is a summary of ticket details and other match arrangements ahead of the big game.
Tickets
You must buy in advance for this all-ticket match. We still have availability for the Chemflow End and the RyGas terrace. Buy online until 11.00 am on Saturday and collect pre-match from the white ticket booth in Jack Goodchild Way. All tickets ordered after Wednesday 20 February will be available for collection at the booth.
You will not be able to buy a ticket on the day from the ground for this game.
Dons fans will need to have a previous online purchase history, for tickets or merchandise, prior to Thursday 24 January. Please note you will be required to log into your online account to see the Charlton game as a ticket option under the Home tab. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking here.
If you believe you meet the above criteria and after logging into your account you still cannot see Charlton tickets as an option, then please email info@afcwimbledon.co.uk or call 020 8547 3528 for assistance.
Bars
These will be open from 12 noon with a wide selection of drinks, including real ales, available for supporters to buy. We will be showing the lunch-time Premier League match between Burnley and Spurs on TV screens in the bar areas.
In the Your Golf Travel Bar, real ales including Plough Lane Ale, Adnams Southwold Bitter, and XXK will be served. The Back Bar will have Plough Lane Ale, Wimbledon Common, and XXK, available to buy. There will be an added bonus for drinkers in the back bar with a guest cider called Cornish Orchards (available at £4.10).
Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome Charlton supporters into the bar areas.
Post-match
After the final whistle of the Charlton game, the Wales vs England rugby match will be shown from 16.45 in the Your Golf Travel Bar and the President’s Lounge. Our MOTM presentation will take place during half-time of the rugby game in the YGT Bar.
In the Back Bar, we will be screening Sky Sports coverage of final scores and showing the Leicester City vs Crystal Palace game at 17.30.

Programme
We catch-up with two Dons new boys for tomorrow’s edition. An extensive interview with Shane McLaughlin includes an insight from our Irish midfielder on the obstacles he had to overcome to become a professional footballer, including giving Gaelic Football a swerve! On-loan left-back Steve Seddon also gives his first programme interview in tomorrow’s publication, which also includes plenty of news and features about your club.
Pre-match friendly
The AFC Wimbledon Foundation will on Saturday welcome the Charlton Upbeats and Generate Football Club onto the pitch before the game. Charlton Upbeats are due to take on Generate in a friendly match at the nearby Weir-Archer Stadium on Saturday. Generate are a charity for adults with learning difficulties who are representing AFC Wimbledon and they recently won their round of the FA Peoples Cup.
