The deadline for Season Ticket holders to purchase their ticket for this FA Cup glamour tie is this Thursday 17 January at 5.00 pm.
Our FA Cup 4th round tie against West Ham United on Saturday 26 January 2019 (kick-off 7.45 pm), will be shown live on BT Sport and is an all-ticket match. Please note tickets for away supporters are being sold by West Ham.
Ticket prices are the same as our league games (see below for details). Tickets will be sold in the following order of priority:
Season Ticket holders
- 1 ticket per season ticket holder who have until 5.00 pm on Thursday 17 January to buy their usual seat or place on the terrace.
- Please note we have emailed all ST holders with information on how to purchase tickets, there are different steps to follow for seat and terrace ST holders. Inlcuding information on buying for multiple season ticket holders.
- There is currently a transaction fee of £1.50 per order. Because ST holders may only buy one ticket per ST, families who have several STs may therefore find themselves paying several charges. In these circumstances, we will refund all bar one charge on request.
Instructions for Paul Strank & John Green Season Ticket Holders:
- Visit the online Club Shop
- Log into your account (top-right) using the email address you have been emailed on by the club
- Once logged in click on the top right-hand corner and select “Account”. Please ignore the "FA Cup" tab you cannot buy your Paul Strank and John Green seat via this tab)
- Under your “Account Details” you should see the option to buy your normal seat for this West Ham game
- Click the select box next to this ticket and click “Buy Now”
Instructions for Chemflow End & RyGas Season Ticket Holders:
- Visit the online Club Shop
- Log into your account (top-right) using the email address you have been emailed on by the club
- Select “Match Tickets”
- You will be able to see a “FA Cup” tab. Click on this tab
- Select “Chemflow FA Cup 18/19” or “RyGas FA Cup 18/19” (please ignore Paul Strank and John Green options these will not work)
- Select only 1 ticket (you will not be able to complete your purchase if you select 2 or more tickets)
- Click “Buy best available” and proceed through to checkout and payment
Buying for multiple season ticket holders:
- Visit the Match Tickets site
- Log into your account (top-right) using the email address you have been emailed on by the club
- Go to your “Account” (top-right)
- Select “Request an association” and enter the “Surname”, “Customer Reference”, “Relation to you” and hit “Link”
- Add one ticket per additional ST holder that you have the “Customer Reference” number for
- You will need to “Link” each additional ticket by using the drop down option available
- Proceed through to checkout
If you are a current ST holder and after logging into your account you still cannot see the FA Cup tab or ticket option in your Account, then please email info@afcwimbledon.co.uk
Dons Trust members and PLC shareholders who are not ST holders
- DT members and PLC shareholders who are not ST holders are next in order of priority, subject to ticket availability
- Dons Trust members and PLC shareholders cannot buy online and should email facup@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk by 5.00 pm on Thursday 17 January, setting out their preference for one seat or one terrace ticket. If a seat ticket is requested, but none are available, please indicate whether you would be happy to accept a terrace ticket. Please provide your Dons Trust membership number and a phone number on which the club can contact you to confirm if you have been successful in obtaining a ticket and take the appropriate payment.

We will start to contact Dons Trust members and PLC shareholders who have requested a ticket from Friday 18 January and aim to conclude this process on Monday 21 January.
- Please do not use any other club email address when making your application as it may not be read.
General Sale
Further information will follow should there still be tickets available for general sale after Monday 21 January. Please note if tickets for this game go on General Sale it will only be available for Dons fans with a previous online purchase history (tickets or retail) prior to Monday 7 January.
Delivery/Collection of tickets
All tickets ordered by season ticket holders, DT members and PLC shareholders will be posted out. They will not be available for collection at the Barnsley or Fleetwood games.
