Since the start of the season we have successfully adopted a ticket scanning system for fans entering the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
We just wanted to remind fans the procedure should a red-light flash on the turnstile indicator when you scan your season ticket or ticket to enter the ground.
One of our matchday stewards will direct you towards the ticket booth in the main foyer corridor, for further assistance. Please note this ticket booth is situated by the club’s trophy cabinet in the Paul Strank stand entrance.
Here our ticket team can quickly resolve your issue and re-print your match ticket or season ticket if needed.
