AFC Wimbledon will begin the new Sky Bet League One campaign with a home game against Rotherham United.
The fixtures for the new season were announced at 9 am this morning and The Dons will start off against Rotherham, on Saturday August 3 (kick-off at 3pm). The Millers return to League One after a season in the Championship.
The following Saturday (August 10), Wimbledon travel to Fleetwood Town for the first away game of the season. We started last season at the Highbury Stadium with a 1-0 victory, following a goal from Joe Pigott.
We'll be making early season visits to Portman Road and the Stadium of Light, before the month is over. Wimbledon head to Ipswich Town on Tuesday, August 20 before the trip to Sunderland on the Saturday, August 24.
The festive period sees us travel to Bristol Rovers on Boxing Day and we'll entertain Oxford United on Sunday, December 29. We begin the New Year at The Cherry Red Records Stadium, at home to Southend United. The return fixture against Ipswich is also set to take place on a Tuesday night (February 11).
Sunderland pay us an Easter visit on Friday, April 10 and we travel to Adams Park to take on Wycombe Wanderers the following Monday.
We'll also be at home on the final day of the season, scheduled for Sunday May 3, when Coventry City will be the visitors.

Wimbledon manager Wally Downes and former Wimbledon coach and Crystal Palace manager Alan Smith attended an AFC Wimbledon Business Club event this morning, to mark the release of the 2019/20 fixtures.
