The reconvened Annual General Meeting of AFCW PLC, will be held on Monday 18 March 2019 (7.30 pm) at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
The Annual General Meeting of AFCW PLC was opened and then adjourned on Thursday 20 December 2018. This was done because we wanted to be able to reflect the substantial consequences of the sale of Kingsmeadow in the accounts. We have now been able to do this so can present these to the PLC shareholders.

The proxy form (dealing with only Resolution 2) is for use if you are unable to attend the meeting. If you have already submitted a proxy form for the AGM meeting on 20 December 2018 then there is no need to do so again.
If, however, you do submit a form it will override any previous form you’ve submitted.
