To mark Mental Health Awareness week, the EFL and Mind have put together an end of season video that highlights this important initiative.
The video also recognises the first year of the EFL’s partnership with Mental Health charity Mind, which has raised awareness through clubs all around the country, including AFC Wimbledon.
It is based on the fact that, like life, football has highs and lows, but you’re never alone and support is always available for those that require it.
