Who’s your player of the month? What matchday experiences would you like to see? What food would you like to eat at our new stadium? These are just a few of the questions we would like you to answer starting from next week.
AFC Wimbledon and the Dons Trust have partnered with inCyyte, who have been working with us on launching our new comms platform which will help us engage with you. So how will it work? Simple: just keep a close eye on your email inbox over the next couple of weeks for a message that will come from the official AFC Wimbledon account.
In the message, you will find a link to our new fan-engagement platform. All you have do is click on that link and follow the prompts. Alternatively, keep an eye on the club’s social media posts – they, too, will carry the link.
Essentially, this platform will replace some other ways we currently use to get in touch with you. The new platform will be much simpler and more user friendly. It will also enable us to embed videos, communicate through more channels, and to turn around surveys more quickly, meaning we will be looking to hold more regular engagements.
We will initially use the platform for general surveys. However, it is envisaged that in the near future we will also use the platform for consultations and voting.
We believe this will help the club and Trust engage in better dialogue with fans across a range of issues, so please get involved and take part.
