Mark Robinson is determined to help our talented young players take the next step in their development as he gets to grips with his new role.
It's been an increasingly busy time for our Lead Professional Phase Coach and Loan Manager in getting the 'right fit for the right player' for Wimbledon's crop of promising youngsters, as they make the transition into men's football.
"Robbo" has been talking about his new role, since he made the step up himself from Academy Head of Football and under-18s coach this summer, having been given new responsibilities by manager Wally Downes. Mark has been helping to break new ground for Wimbledon, by arranging several loans, including for midfielder Ayoub Assal and striker Zach Robinson.
Mark is pictured with midfielder Finlay Macnab, after he signed his first professional deal before joining Leatherhead on loan, and Academy Manager Michael Hamilton.
