Watch the new boys take on Shrewsbury

Match details for home game on Saturday

13 September 2019

A trio of new signings will on Saturday be aiming to help AFC Wimbledon get that elusive first win of the season – and you can play your part by cheering on the boys.

Tickets are still available to watch The Dons take on Shrewsbury at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, a match in which loan recruits Marcus Forss, Ryan Delaney, and Max Sanders (pictured left to right above) could all make their home debuts.

Below is a summary of ticket availability and other match arrangements ahead of the game.

Tickets

We have a limited number of tickets available for the Chemflow terrace. Book in advance now from our online ticket shop to guarantee your place in our popular home terrace. We also have availability for the RyGas Stand (just £17 for an adult standing ticket). You can buy in advance from our online ticket shop until 11.00 am on Saturday or pay on the day. Tickets bought in advance can be collected pre-match from the white booth in Jack Goodchild Way.

Returns

Due to returns, we will have seat tickets available. Please e-mail info@afcwimbledon.co.uk before 12 noon on Saturday or contact the club on 020 8547 3528 (between 10 am and 12 noon). If you cannot attend, please let us know via the same e-mail, as it will mean we can make your seat ticket available for another supporter.

Moving back home

Moving home is stressful - but helping us get back to Plough Lane couldn't be easier. Just back our crowdfunding campaign!

If you haven't invested in our future yet- and want to know more about our fantastic rewards - then come and talk to us before Saturday's home game.

Our campaign partners, Seedrs, and members of the Dons Trust will be in the Your Golf Travel bar from 1pm until kick off. They're there to answer your questions and guide you through the process if needed.

Bars

Supporters are welcome to get here early to enjoy a drink in the bars. The bars will be open at 12 noon and we will be pleased to welcome Shrewsbury supporters in for a drink before the match. A wide selection of drinks will be available, including lagers, ales, and soft drinks. Supporters can get here early to watch the live Premier League game between Liverpool and Newcastle (12.30 pm kick-off) on TV screens. Norwich versus Manchester City (5.30 pm kick-off) will be shown on TV after the Wimbledon game.

Programme

Included in Saturday’s edition is an in-depth interview with left-back Nesta Guinness-Walker, who talks about his rise from Sunday League football to the League One in just four years. There’s also an interview with new loan signing Max Sanders and former Dons centre-back John Shears, who is a special guest at tomorrow’s game. Of course, the programme includes all the usual features about your club.

Golden Goals

Our valuable club fundraiser resumes on Saturday and look out for Golden Goals sellers around the ground for your chance to win £100.

DT Kiosk

Dons Trust members and fans interested in the work of the DT are welcome to pop in and find out more about the work of the Trust. Anna Kingsley and Luke McKenzie will be at the DT Kiosk on Saturday.
