Andy Barcham made 161 appearances for AFC Wimbledon in a successful four-year spell and his flair on the left flank made him an overwhelming choice for your team of the decade.
It felt like a real transfer coup when Neal Ardley managed to prise away Andy Barcham from Portsmouth in 2015 - and that's certainly the way it turned out. His first season here ended with promotion at Wembley and his bold displays on the flank helped to establish Wimbledon as a League One club.
As well as scoring memorable goals, 'Barchy' was a bubbly personality around the training ground and had a good rapport with our supporters, fully understanding Wimbledon's history of upsetting the odds.
Speaking in a previous interview, Barcham said: "We're always the underdogs, it's nothing new for us, so we will all rally together, and hopefully keep writing the script. The promotion at Wembley was fantastic. That's always going to stay in my mind, it was an unbelievable season and a fantastic day."
