Following the successful launch of our debenture scheme we’d like to set out some key points as a reminder before the priority group 2 sales period starts this Friday at 9am.
Limited Capacity Priority
We’d like to remind all fans of the priority order which will be implemented when we are able to play in front of limited capacity crowds.
Priority group 1 – fans who have purchased a non refundable season ticket, plus Debenture.
Priority group 2 – fans who have purchased a non refundable season ticket (and 5 year season ticket holders that choose to have non refundable next season)
Priority group 3 – fans who have purchased debenture only, that will then need to buy a 50% pro rata season ticket and 5 year season ticket holders that want a pro rata credit refund
Ry Terrace and Chemflow stand fans
Ry Terrace and Chemflow fans do not have specific seats allocated to them. All of those who have been a season ticket holder in those two stands last year have priority to secure their seats in South Stand and East Stand.
These season ticket holders can choose their seats now by buying a debenture or they can wait till priority group 3 and choose a seat by buying a non refundable season ticket. If you are not purchasing either you will have a two day window at the end of priority group 3 to select your seat, otherwise you will be automatically allocated one.
Chemflow fans have priority in our new South Stand, while a specific area in the East Stand has been designated for Ry Stand supporters which is in sector 126 in the East Stand.

Reservation Stage priority group dates
Below is a quick reminder of dates for each priority group
Priority Group 1: 11.08.2020 to 20.08.2020 – ability to reserve debenture only or debenture plus non refundable season ticket
Priority Group 2: 21.08.2020 to 30.08.2020 – ability to reserve debenture only or debenture plus non refundable season ticket
Priority Group 3: 01.09.2020 to 10.09.2020 – current season ticket holder will have the ability to purchase non refundable season tickets only
11.09.2020 and 14.09.2020 - season ticket holders from Chemflow and Ry Terrace who have not purchased a debenture or non refundable season ticket can call about about their seating arrangments
Priority Group 4: 16.09.2020 to 27.09.2020 - ability to reserve debenture only or debenture plus non refundable season ticket
Priority Group 5: 28.09.2020 to 31.10.2020 - ability to reserve debenture only or debenture plus non refundable season ticket

5 year season ticket holders
We are currently in the process of finalising our 5 year season ticket holders list. More information on options will be published later on this week including details on how we will contact you regarding your options and credit.
Payment Stage
The Payment Stage will be launching soon, which will allow you to make payment for reserved seats and season tickets online as well as over the phone.
You will have two payment options:
- Pay full amount upfront
- Split your payment in to 10 equal payments
Once the payment stage launches, all fans, if they have reserved their seat, will have 14 days to make payment online or over the phone. If payment is not made within 14 days the reserved seats will be released on sale.
