After a very busy and eventful day we wanted to give fans an update on debenture sales.
As posted earlier in the day we had a small technical issue early on where some fans weren’t able to select a new seat, which was rectified quickly once we became aware of it.
We had a few issues with some of the larger group bookings, however, in most cases this was not a technical issue, rather there being ineligible individuals within the group which led to those reservations not working. We would ask that if you are reserving for a large group that you re-read the guidelines on what can and can’t be done online.
We also became aware that allocated fans from Rygas and Chemflow were only able to move from their respective allocated areas e.g. south stand to west stand, however they could not choose a seat in their current stand. This was a technical issue that again has now been resolved and those fans may now choose their seats in their allocated stands.
However, people were managing to move and choose their seats and after just half a day of reservations, we have seen well over 500 people choose a new seat and put us almost a third of the way to our minimum debenture target!
As mentioned previously, we are attempting to do something that has never been done before with ticketing, to try and make the process as fair as possible, so even with a lot of testing, a few technical issues are not to be unexpected. However, we hope these have now been ironed out and that the process will be smoother from tomorrow.
Whilst there are a lot of free spaces around the stadium, there are obviously a lot of people trying to buy in a few select premium spots, so naturally many of you will be disappointed if you haven’t managed to get one of those. Tonight and every night we will be releasing the allocated seats of those that have moved, meaning each day new places will become available, so hopefully you will find your spot in the coming days.
