Today many of our fans have received or will receive an email from us asking them to log in to their new AFC Wimbledon online ticketing account.
Everyone with a valid email address will receive the following email from us:
If you haven’t received an email from us by the end of today please:
- Check your SPAM first before trying to contact us
- Give us a call on 0208 547 3396 or email email@example.com
To re-set your password please click on RE-SET MY PASSWORD button on the email which will take you through to our new online ticketing website.
When taken to the online ticketing website you will see the following screen:
Please type in your email address in the email field and click SEND NEW PASSWORD button.
You will then receive an email from us with your new password which will look like the email below. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 MINUTES TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW PASSWORD.
Activate your account with the credentials you have received as per instructions on the email.
Once you have logged in you will see the following screen with a yellow menu bar at the top and a menu bar on the right hand side.
The yellow menu bar on the top will take you through our product information and brochures.
The menu bar on the right hand side will allow you to navigate through your online account.
PROFILE AND PAYMENT METHODS
In this section of your account you will be able to make changes to you personal details and marketing preference.
This is also where you can locate your FAN ID marked with the blue arrow below.
FAN IDs are useful when you adding your friends and family to your COMMUNITY. It will allow you find people who already exist on AFC Wimbledon’s database and add them to your connections. You may want to speak to your friends and family to find out what their FAN IDs are so you can create your groups.
Alternatively please give us a call on 0208 547 3396 and we can help you with either finding out what your friends or family FAN IDs are or support you with connecting your friends and family accounts to your own.
COMMUNITY – friends and family connections
Some of our fans will be able to see some of their historical family connections on their account already. Example of how this would appear below showing existing connection with a blue arrow.
If you wish to add in new connections click on the + NEW button marked with the blue arrow below.
Below screen will appear.
You will have two options:
- Add Existing Contact – this is if you know that someone already exists as a contact on our database.
- Simply type in their FAN ID and their Last name
- Click SAVE
- Add a NEW CONTACT which would be someone who is entirely new to AFC Wimbledon
- Simply fill in their first name, last name and email address
- Click SAVE button
Please note that from tomorrow when we launch the RESERVATION stage you will only be able to reserve seats for current season ticket holders during PRIORITY GROUP 1. However, current season ticket holders will have the ability to add immediate family to their connections who are not current season ticket holders and reserve seats for them from PRIORITY GROUP 1. To do that please give us a call on 0208 547 3396 so that we can add those family members to your connections and give you the ability to reserve seats for them.
Please remember that even if you add those new immediate family members who are not current season ticket holders to your connections yourself online you still have to call us so that we can enable you to reserve seats for them otherwise the system will not allow you to do so.
The RESERVATION stage will launch at 2.30pm tomorrow.
