Reservation stage will be opening soon for Priority Group 1. Please read through our instructions on how to reserve your seats when we do go live.
All current season ticket holders who held a season ticket for 8 or more years will be able to:
- Review their currently allocated seat
- Move and reserve their new seat
- Reserve allocated or new seats for other season ticket holders
- Reserve new seats for immediate family members
During Priority Group 1 fans that wish to move will only be able to reserve seats by either committing to buy a Debenture + non refundable season ticket together or a Debenture only .
If you are not looking at buying either of the above products please wait until Priority Group 3 where non refundable season tickets only will be available for you to buy which will allow move to a different seat.
ALL ALLOCATED SEATS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED FOR ALL CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDERS UNLESS THEY CHOSE TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT SEAT.
YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO BUY A DEBENTURE AND/OR A NON REFUNDABLE SEASON TICKET IF YOU ARE STAYING IN YOUR ALLOCATED SEAT – YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US IF YOU WISH TO BUY ANYTHING OTHER THAN A COMBINED DEBENTURE AND NON REFUNDABLE SEASON TICKET IF YOU ARE STAYING IN YOUR SEAT BY EMAILING DEBENTURES@AFCWIMBLEDON.LTD.UK. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BUY ANYTHING RIGHT NOW, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING, YOUR SEAT IS ALREADY ALLOCATED TO YOU.
Ry Terrace and Chemflow End
If you had a season ticket in Ry Terrace or Chemflow end you will not have an allocated seat. Instead you will have a free choice of a seat in a specific area picked for you in the East Stand (Ry Terrace) or in the South Stand (Chemflow End). Alternatively if you are buying a Debenture + non refundable season ticket or Debenture only during Priority Group 1 you can move to any available seat at the stadium.
Reservation process explained
ALL ALLOCATED SEATS CURRENTLY APPEAR AS DEBENTURE PLUS NON REFUNDABLE SEASON TICKET. PLEASE READ THE BELOW TO FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS AND WHAT TO DO TO CHANGE YOUR PRODUCTS.
When you log in to your account this is the page you will see:
Your allocated seat can be found on the home page under YOUR CURRENT SEAT marked with the red arrow.
When you click on OPEN RESERVATION DETAILS you will be able to see details of your seat, example below.

Moving away from your allocated seats
If you would like to move away from your allocated seat please go back to the HOME PAGE and using the right hand side menu bar click on the CHOOSE NEW SEAT.
You’ll be presented with the following screen:
Click RESERVE button and this will take you to the following screen.
Please use the right hand side menu to tick the stand you will like and then navigate around the stadium map to find an available seat.
When picking a seat please also pick your tariff for that seat using the drop down menu on the right hand side once a stands and a seat have bee picked. You will have an option of either picking a DEBENTURE PLUS NON REFUNDABLE SEASON TICKET or DEBENTURE ONLY products.
Once a tariff and seat are picked at the bottom of your page you will be able to ADD TO CART.
You will then be presented with the following screen
Click on RESERVE MY SEAT. This will then take you to the confirmation page where you will also proceed and RESERVE your seat.
To view your new seats go back to HOME PAGE and click on the MY SEAT(S)
After you have completed the process for yourself you also will be able to reserve seats in the same way for your FRIENDS AND FAMILY. To do that on your HOME PAGE, head over to FRIENDS AND FAMILY SEATS section as shown below:
This will show you allocated seats if your friends and family are current season ticket holders:
If you are happy with those seats you can simple tick them and add to your cart to follow the same reservation process as you did for yourself.
If you could like to change those seats you would go back to CHOOSE NEW SEATS, pick the stand, block and number of seats you need:
You will then add the to cart and proceed to next page where you assigned each seat you have picked previoulsy to the correct person based on the tariff they need to be in:
When all seats have been reserved you will see a summary of your reservations:
Cancelling your allocated seats after you have picked new seats
Make sure that you cancel your previously allocated seats after you have picked your new seats. You can do that by going back to the HOME PAGE and going in to you’re your CURRENT SEATS, clicking on your reservation and then pressing CANCEL THE RESERVATION BUTTON.
Moving to a different seat
I’m a season ticket holder who would like to move to a new seat and reserve a Debenture + non refundable season ticket
- Go to CHOOSE NEW SEATS
- Chose a DEBENTURE PLUS NON REFUNDABLE SEASO TICKET as a product
- Reserve your new seat
- Go back to your CURRENT SEATS on the HOME PAGE and cancel your old allocated seat
I’m a season ticket holder who would like to move to a new seat and reserve a Debenture so that I can claim my 50% off pro rata season ticket price when it becomes available
- Go to CHOOSE NEW SEATS
- Chose a DEBENTURE ONLY as a product
- Reserve your new seat
- Go back to you’re your CURRENT SEATS on the HOME PAGE and cancel your old allocated seat
I’m a season ticket holder who would like to move to a new seat and reserve a Debenture and I don’t want to buy a season ticket at all.
- Go to CHOOSE NEW SEATS
- Chose a DEBENTURE ONLY as a product
- Reserve your new seat
- Go back to you’re your CURRENT SEATS on the HOME PAGE and cancel your old allocated seat
Staying in your allocated seat
Not buying anything
I’m a season ticket holder and would like to stay in my allocated seat and not buy anything right now.
- Do not do anything, you will be able to log in and buy a standard season ticket for that seat when we launch season tickets later in the season. Don’t worry your seat will remain reserved for you (and you will not be committed to buying a debenture and non refundable season ticket)
My connections would like to stay in their allocated seat and not buy anything right now.
- Do not do anything, they (or you if buying for children) will be able to log in and buy a standard season ticket for that seat when we launch season tickets later in the season. Buying a debenture and season ticket
I’m a season ticket holder and would like to stay in my allocated seat and commit to buying a Debenture + non refundable season ticket
- Go to you’re your CURRENT SEATS on the home page, open your reservation and confirm reservation on the allocated seat as per below:
My connections have allocated seats, they would like to remain in those seats and buy a Debenture + Non refundable season ticket
- Confirm their reservation on their allocated seat by heading over to FRIEND AND FAMILY SEATS and pressing ADD TO CART and going through the process.
Buying a debenture only
I’m a season ticket holder and would like to stay in my allocated seat and commit to buying a Debenture only
- Do not do anything, please email us at debentures@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your fan ID and stating you wish to buy debenture only. Don’t worry your seat will remain reserved for you.

I would like to buy a Debenture only can you amend my reservation.
My connections have allocated seats, they would like to remain in those seats and buy a Debenture only without a season ticket.

Buying a debenture and claiming your 50% off pro rate price
I’m a season ticket holder and would like to stay in my allocated seat and commit to buying a Debenture only and claim my 50% off pro rata season ticket price
- Do not do anything, please email us at debentures@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your fan ID and stating you wish to buy debenture only. Don’t worry your seat will remain reserved for you

5 year season ticket holders
Please follow the same steps as everyone else based on your circumstances and preferences. Once you have fully confirmed and reserved your seats we will contact you to arrange payment whether it’s using your remaining credit or taking an additonal payment.
Non refundable season tickets
Please note that if you are in Priority Group 1 or you are reserving seats for your connections and would like to only purchase a non refundable season ticket you will have to wait until Priority Group 3 to be able to pick that product or move your seat.
Removal of reservations
Please do not move and reserve your seat by committing to a Debenture or Debenture + non refundable season ticket if you have no intention of buying one. If either of these products are not purchased within the buying period, the reservation will be removed. This will result in the seat reservation being taken away completely and made available for purchase by other priority group buyers.
Please try and reserve your seats online if you can as this will remain the quickest way due to large volumes of calls we will receive.

Please DO NOT use debentures@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk email for any other enquiries other than if you are staying in your allocated seat as stated above as they will not be answered or dealt with.
