A reminder that the Annual General Meetings of the Dons Trust and AFCW PLC take place this week.
The Trust's AGM is an online Zoom meeting, starting at 7.30pm on Thursday 17 December. Dons Trust members who have not yet registered can do so at Webinar Registration - Zoom .Papers for the meeting can be found on the Dons Trust website. The board looks forward to welcoming as many members as possible to the meeting.
AFCW PLC’s AGM will be the following day but, due to Covid restrictions, it will not be possible for shareholders to attend the meeting. In the absence of direct participation, we invited questions to be submitted in advance of the meeting. This document answers the two questions that were received before the 11 December deadline.
