Adam Roscrow scored twice in a behind-closed-doors friendly match at West Ham's training ground earlier today.

Roscrow (pictured) came on for the second 45 minutes and it was certainly a very useful exercise with other first-teamers including Rod McDonald, Kwesi Appiah, Scott Wagstaff, Jack Rudoni, Paul Osew, and Joe McDonnell boosting their match fitness. In their respective returns after injury, Appiah and Wagstaff featured for an hour, Rudoni got 45 minutes under his belt, and so too did Roscrow, who came on at half-time.

Wimbledon ended the match with eight Under-18s in a 5-1 victory. Appiah and Ayoub Assal were also on target with a trialist netting the other goal. West Ham's side consisted mainly of first and second year professionals from their Under-23 squad.

Mark Robinson praised the performance of Wimbledon's players on the day.

"The attitude of the whole squad was excellent," said Mark. "The senior players were great with the younger boys, they were very supportive, and we ended up with eight Under-18s on the pitch at the end. Overall, it was an excellent performance against players from a Premier League club."

AFC Wimbledon: Joe McDonnell, Archie Procter, Rod McDonald, Reuben Collins (Isaac Ogundere), Jack Madelin, Ossama Ashley (Ayoub Assal), Jack Rudoni (Issac Olaniyan), Paul Osew (Jack Currie), Scott Wagstaff (Huseyin Biler), trialist (David Fisher), Kwesi Appiah.
