As we prepare to launch our debenture scheme, making sure your email address on our database is up to date has never been more important.
Debentures and season tickets will be made available via our new online platform, therefore in order to get the most out of the buying process and to make sure you can take advantage of your priority periods, you need to make sure you have confirmed a unique email that you are going to use for logging in. Every person that holds a season ticket or debenture will need to be individually named against their season ticket (even children, however, fans who are under 18 would be connected to their parents accounts and therefore they will not require their own email)
It’s the simplest thing you can do to ensure you are ready to buy. In the past people have created multiple accounts or shared an email address with other accounts like their family members or friends which has also made it difficult to assign the correct priority credit to people and contact them with relevant information which apply to specific fan accounts.
Using email to communicate also saves the club considerable money in postage and resource and ensure you receive information in a more timely manner.
Looking after season ticket holders is our No1 priority so we urge you to take the following steps if you think fall into this category:
1..First and foremost, if you believe you share an email address with another season ticket holder or you don’t currently have an email address against your account because you receive various communications from us by letter, please email us on tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your full name, customer reference (season ticket number) and the email address you would like us to use as soon as possible.
1 (a)…If you know that you share and email address with another season ticket holder, please email us with their details (as above) to the same email address
2…If possible, we urge you to set up an email address, there are many free providers that you can use such as gmail, yahoo, Hotmail etc..which you can do on your phone, you don’t need a computer.
3...If you’re physically not able to set up an email address, don’t worry you will still be able to buy over the phone. Please be warned, though. We expect our phone lines and ticket shop to be extremely busy and there could be lengthy delays;
