Things are really hotting up now at the new stadium and there is a wave of excitement growing around debentures, tickets and of course our brand new home. Building on that we want to really start digging into what fans would like to see at the new stadium, from arrivals to departures, from food to drinks, from match atmosphere to man of the match.
The following survey is designed to start taking a broad view of those opinions and the results will be used to refine both further consultations and run focus groups around some of the key elements. The survey is not exhaustive and we can’t promise everything mentioned in here can or will happen, but this is our opportunity to aim for the stars and to make sure we make Plough Lane not just home again, but the best experience for any fan or supporter in football.
There will be some questions that you may find difficult to answer and we have deliberately restricted your choices. We really want you to think of your time in the stadium on a match day and what experiences you want and what purchases you would make.
At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you would like to take part in a focus group. This may be in person or conducted over a video call. These will probably occur midweek evenings so please only select yes if you can give the time.
Other surveys will follow shortly, including a survey specifically designed for fans with additional needs and one relating to our museum and how our heritage will be displayed. We want to make sure that the Plough Lane experience is the best it can be for all supporters.
